1. About Thinkly
Thinkly is a software platform that helps businesses manage AI voice agents, process call recordings, generate transcripts and analytics, and export related files, including optional export to Google Drive.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Thinkly.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate account information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Thinkly to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Upload or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, or generate using Thinkly, to the extent permitted by law.
You grant Thinkly a limited license to host, process, and use your content only as necessary to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload or process, including recordings involving third parties.
6. Google Drive Integration
If you connect Google Drive, you authorize Thinkly to use:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This access is used only to create, save, and manage files that Thinkly creates on your behalf, or files you explicitly choose to use with Thinkly.
You may disconnect Thinkly from your Google account at any time through: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
7. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Thinkly at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Fees
If Thinkly offers paid plans, you agree to pay applicable fees as described at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
9. Intellectual Property
Thinkly and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by Thinkly Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer
Thinkly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkly Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Thinkly.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Thinkly, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thinkly Labs from claims arising from your use of Thinkly, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Thinkly at any time.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Thinkly after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
